King of The Dill Pickleball Tournament Refund Policy

By registering and paying for the King of The Dill pickleball tournament, you agree to the following refund terms:

  1. All registration fees are non-refundable once payment is submitted, except as outlined below.

  2. Exceptions
    Refunds will only be issued if:

    • The tournament is cancelled in its entirety.

    • The tournament is postponed and you are unable to attend the new date(s).

    • We are unable to accommodate you to play on the day(s) you registered for.

  3. No-Shows & Personal Conflicts
    Refunds will not be issued if you:

    • Fail to attend your scheduled match(es) for any reason, including travel issues, illness, scheduling conflicts, or personal emergencies.

    • Withdraw from the tournament after registration for personal reasons.

  4. Force Majeure
    In the event of severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, the tournament may be delayed, rescheduled, or modified. Refunds will only be provided if the event is fully cancelled and cannot be rescheduled.

By completing your registration, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

King of The Dill Pickleball Tournament Rules

By registering and paying for the King of The Dill pickleball tournament, you agree to the following tournament game rules:​​

-Structure: 64-team bracket, single elimination.
-Match Progression: Winners advance; losers are eliminated.
-Games played to 11 points, win by 2.
-Start of Match: Determined by coin toss / paddle spin. Winner chooses serve, receive, or side.
-Sportsmanship: Unsportsmanlike conduct (arguing, profanity, taunting) may result in warnings or disqualification.
-Referees: Matches will be officiated. Referee decisions including line calls, etc are final.
-Late Arrival: Teams not present within 10 minutes of their scheduled match will forfeit.
-Withdrawals: If a team withdraws mid-match, the opponent advances automatically.
-Substitutions: No substitutions allowed once the tournament begins.

-Tournament Director has final authority on all rulings, rule interpretations, and conduct violations.

-Winner: Tournament Champion receives the grand prize ($10,000).
